These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the DRM application and permission server ("Service") provided by Superfluo d.o.o., XIV. Trokut 10, Zagreb, Croatia ("Superfluo" or "We"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The user agrees to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not for any unlawful purposes.

The user must not attempt to bypass security mechanisms or DRM protection implemented in the Service.

Superfluo does not guarantee uninterrupted or flawless operation of the Service but will make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability.
